It\u2019s still a seller\u2019s market and <strong>home prices<\/strong> have reached a <strong>new record-high<\/strong> due to tight supply.\u00a0<strong>29%<\/strong> fewer homes have come on the market below <strong>$750,000<\/strong> so far this year.<\/p><p>For the luxury end, all homes above <strong>$1.5 million<\/strong>, accounts for <strong>36%<\/strong> of the inventory and <strong>17%<\/strong> of demand.
